Description

A nose for trouble: ecotoxicological implications for climate change and disease in Saiga antelope (S. t. tatarica): data analysis Enclosed within are three folders, firstly, the initial investigation of the data, data tables and code, secondly, the logistic regression folder containing data tables and code for logistic regression and PCA’s, thirdly, the summary data folder containing outputs, and coefficients for logistic regression and PCA’s. Within the summary data folder is a key for variables within the study. All data within are adapted from the sources below, and model outputs can also be seen.
