RNA sequencing results following TREM2 knockdown in M2 macrophages

Description

We knocked down the TREM2 molecule in M2 macrophages, then performed transcriptome RNA sequencing with the non-knockdown group as a control. Subsequently, we observed differential upregulation of the ETV7 transcription factor.
