This dataset contains the complete raw measurements and analytical scripts used to evaluate integrated water–energy–nitrogen (W‑E‑N) performance of drip‑irrigated tomato grown under soil‑moisture‑controlled irrigation in a shallow‑groundwater, clay‑loam system. The purpose of this dataset is to support research that assesses irrigation performance using multiple resource‑use indicators, rather than relying solely on crop yield—which can be misleading in moisture‑buffered environments where yield responses to irrigation and fertilization are dampened.
