Steps to reproduce

Genomic DNA was isolated (Qiagen Cat No. 51304) from ficoll-isolated granulocytes from whole blood of each subject, then amplified by PCR using targeted JAK1 probes. PCR products were then purified (ThermoFisher Scientific Cat No. K0831) and Sanger sequenced using targeted primers and analyzed on the using Snapgene (v4.2.11).
