Description

This dataset contains the raw experimental data supporting the study entitled “Pandanus amaryllifolius and Tectona grandis Extracts Improve Fetal Outcomes in Streptozotocin-Induced Gestational Diabetes in Rats.” The dataset includes numerical data for maternal metabolic parameters, fetal growth indices, placental measurements, and biochemical analyses obtained from a rat model of gestational diabetes. Specifically, the dataset comprises raw measurements of maternal blood glucose, insulin levels, fetal body weight, crown–rump length, placental weight, placental index, and fetal glucose levels. All data correspond to the experimental groups described in the associated manuscript, including non-diabetic controls, untreated diabetic controls, and treatment groups receiving varying doses of the pandan–teak formulation. The data are provided to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and to facilitate further analysis or meta-analyses by other researchers. All values represent individual measurements or litter-based averages as described in the Methods section of the manuscript.
