Description

This dataset was collected to examine how socially responsible human resource management (SRHRM) affects deviant workplace behaviors (DB) through the mediation of employee well-being—comprising physical (PHW), psychological (PSW), and social (SW) well-being—and the moderating role of leader gender. The data were obtained through two time-lagged surveys across 20 companies (both domestic and FDI) in the Southern Key Economic Zone of Vietnam, including responses from 1,195 employees with a minimum of three years of tenure. The dataset includes responses to validated Likert-scale instruments measuring SRHRM perceptions, well-being dimensions, deviant behaviors, demographic variables, and leader gender. The dataset supports structural equation modeling and moderated mediation analysis and can be reused for studies in organizational behavior, HRM, leadership, and workplace ethics.
