Description: This dataset contains the balanced panel data of 282 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2023, supporting the empirical analysis of the coupling coordination degree between digital economy and environmental regulation and its spatial spillover effects on carbon productivity. The dataset includes variables on carbon productivity, digital economy development, environmental regulation intensity, industrial structure, marketization level, and related socioeconomic indicators. All data are sourced from publicly available statistical yearbooks and databases (see Data Sources below).
