The Comparison of the Therapies on Test Anxiety:
The aim of this study is to compare the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based acceptance (MBA) in decreasing the anxiety of students, which negatively affects academic achievement. The measurement tool used to collect the data was the Test Anxiety Inventory (TAI). For the analysis of the data, Kruskal Wallis H and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test (Z) were used. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the TAI posttest of the MBA and CBT decreased significantly compared to the control group.
