Description

This dataset accompanies the study “Fluorescence anisotropy structured illumination microscopy for quantitative super-resolution mapping of subcellular microenvironments and cytoskeletal dynamics.” It contains the code, raw images, calibration data, and processed outputs used to generate the figures and quantitative analyses in the manuscript. All data were acquired using polarization-resolved structured illumination microscopy (FA-SIM), enabling simultaneous super-resolution imaging and fluorescence anisotropy mapping.
