This dataset presents survey data on Vietnamese citizens’ public participation intention in smart city development, collected from three major Vietnamese cities, Ha Noi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh, respectively, using a smart city perception framework integrated with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
