Description

This dataset supports the study on predicting functional bioactivities of fermented camel and bovine milk using LC-MS metabolomic profiles. It includes untargeted LC-MS data for multiple fermented milk samples, corresponding in vitro bioactivity assay results (antioxidant, enzymatic inhibition, anticancer activity), and sample metadata. The data were used to train a supervised deep learning model linking metabolite profiles to functional outcomes.
