Data was collected through use of microwave assisted peptides synthesizers, through use of high-throughput cAMP FRET based assays in stably transfected cells lines of target receptors, and in vivo in DIO rodents tracking body weight and glucoregulation (amongst other metrics) as primary phenotypes.
