CONTENTS: 01_Instrumental_Data/ - FTIR reports for four oil samples (M1-M4): pumpkin, industrial castor, artisanal castor, and coriander oils - TGA-DSC report covering four samples - Viscosity measurements at 25 °C and 100 s⁻¹ (n=3 per sample) 02_Interview_Data/ - Interview guide (Spanish and English versions) used for semi-structured verbal interviews with 78 market vendors - Anonymized responses from 78 vendors (Excel format) - Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants; no written consent form was used.
