Description

S. albvidoflavus strains were grown in a 300-mL flask containing 35 mL of R5 medium and 30 glass beads. The main culture was grown for 120 h under the same conditions as the pre-culture. 15 mL of the main culture were transferred to 50-mL centrifuge tubes, and 15 mL of ethyl acetate were added. The mixture was stirred for 90 min. The organic phase was collected into separate tubes and evaporated to dryness. The dry residue was reconstituted in 50 µL of methanol and used for LC-MS experiments. The LC-MS data were acquired on Bruker maXis II UHR QTOF mass spectrometer (BEH C18 column, 4.6 × 250 mm) and analyzed with Bruker Compass Data Analysis 4.2. File 148_BB5_01_27789.d - extract from wild type (del14 strain), control File 140_BA5_01_27780.d - extract from strain 1404-1 File 142_BA7_01_27782.d - extract from strain 1404-5
