Description

MATLAB codes are accessible to everyone as text file to reproduce the analyses. There are two code sets. The first one is called "TK" and contains the script to calculate the uptake and elimination rate constants. The second code set is named "BAF" and is it used to calculate the prediction interval for the kinetic bioaccumulation factor (BAFk). IMPORTANT: do not mix "derivatives" files as they are specific to TK and BAF code sets.

Steps to reproduce

First use the TK codes to calculate uptake and elimination rate constants. Then use BAF codes.
