Description of this data

This dataset contains the compound identifications, retention times, fragment ions used for semi-quantitave exercise (m/z) on the basis of peak areas, compound classes of the pyrolysis products (see text) and the relative proportions (as % of total quantified peak area) of all the pyrolysis products obtained and considered for the study of particulate organic matter from sediment traps in the NW iberian upwelling system (sheet 1). The ANOVA is provided in a separate sheet (sheet 2).
