Description

Gut microbiome-associated metabolites have been shown to regulate the onset and progression of gut-related diseases (30). In this study, we found that infection with the TgRodGz1 strain resulted in significant metabolic differences compared to the standard strain. Principal Coordinate Analysis (PCoA) revealed that the TgRodGz1 group was distinctly separated from the control, RH, and Me49 groups, indicating alteration in its metabolic profile.
