Raw data were generated from in‑vitro cell experiments, in‑vivo rat animal models, western blot (WB) assays, and quantitative statistical analysis. Cell‑based assays were performed to detect cell viability, lipid peroxidation and protein expression. Western blot was used to evaluate the relative protein abundance. All quantitative data were processed and analysed by GraphPad Prism software. The dataset supports the investigation of baicalin‑mediated regulation of ferroptosis in pre‑eclampsia models.
