Steps to reproduce
he dataset was compiled for the EU-27 countries and includes transport-sector greenhouse gas emissions (GHG), freight activity (tonne-kilometres, TK), and Logistics Performance Index (LPI) scores for the years 2007–2023. GHG and TK data were obtained from Eurostat, while LPI data were taken from the World Bank (available for 2007, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2023). TK values for 2008 were used as a proxy for 2007 due to data availability. All variables were log-transformed and standardized prior to analysis. To reproduce the dataset, users should download the raw indicators from the original sources, align them by country and year, harmonize the time points, and merge them into a wide-format panel structure following the same processing steps.
