Description

Scripting and database for the Transfer Entropy project (Brainhack2025, Rome). Legend: database.mat= Contains the BOLD signal data extracted from the ROIs. Code_general.m= Main script for performing the overall analysis. lTE_th.m= Function to estimate TE (Transfer Entropy) values from real data. check_general.m= Supplementary script that ensures the correct use of the lTE_th function and validates its input/output.
