Description

This study investigates how soil texture, macronutrient availability, and erodibility interact across a tropical watershed in southeastern Brazil, integrating physical, chemical, and geomorphological processes within a soil–landscape framework. Using a multivariate approach that combines Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)-derived weighting, hierarchical clustering, and spatial modelling, we delineate functional edaphic domains that regulate agricultural performance and erosional vulnerability in the Sorocabuçu River Basin.
