Description

1. Excel spreadsheet showing calculated areas under the curve (AUC) for virus quantitation in day 1 to 10 nasal washes from inoculated ferrets. Data is shown for 16 ferrets, 4 each per four reverse genetics engineered viruses (inoculum). Data is shown for AUC for RT-PCR quantitation of viral RNA expressed as log 10 RNA copies/µL (AUC_PCR) and for TCID50 quantitation of infectious virus expressed as log 10 copies/100 µL(AUC_TCID). Area under the curve for each ferret and each assay were determined using DescTools package in R. 2. Excel spreasheet showing virus quantitation in each ferret nasal wash sample collected from day 1 to 10 from 16 ferrets -= 160 samples. Data is shown for RT-PCR quantitation of viral RNA (logCopies) and for TCID50 quantitation of infectious virus (logTCID50) 3. Serological analysis of ferret antisera collected 14 days after inoculation with reverse genetics engineered viruses (inoculum). ferrets were inoculated per virus x 4 viruses - 16 ferrets. Spreadsheet variables descriptions are provided in a data dictionary on a separated sheet.
