MLSdataset: Spectral reflectance and SPAD value of maize leaves

Description

MLSdataset is a collection of data capturing the spectral reflectance and the SPAD value (relative chlorophyll content) of fully expanded leaves at the top of maize at sixth leaf stage (V6), eighth leaf stage (V8), twelfth leaf stage (V12) and the ear-leaf at reproductive stages (R1) . The data set is intended for predicting chlorophyll content in maize leaves combining the spectral characteristics of maize leaves and machine learning algorithms. Three nitrogen treatments and two variety treatments were set up in the experiment. The nitrogen treatments were N0 (0 kg/hm2), N2 (200 kg/hm2) and N4(400 kg/hm2), respectively. The varieties were Zhengdan 958 (ZD, Institute of Food Crops, Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China) and Yuke 918 (YK, Henan University of Science and Technology, China)..
