Substrate-resolved persistence and UPLC–MS/MS quantification of four drugs of abuse in magnetic-powder-developed sebaceous fingermarks
Description
This dataset contains de-identified processed source data supporting the manuscript “Substrate-resolved persistence and UPLC-MS/MS quantification of four drugs of abuse in magnetic-powder-developed sebaceous fingermarks” submitted to Forensic Chemistry. The Excel workbook includes source data for the UPLC gradient program, MRM transitions, substrate-stratified calibration, sensitivity, apparent matrix response, precision, extraction recovery, residue persistence, persistence time-course profiles, and selectivity testing. These data support the calibration, validation, recovery and persistence results reported in the manuscript. Donor codes used for method-development matrix-response experiments are anonymized, and no personal identifiers are included in the public dataset. Authentic case-donor data, demographic information, hair-test results, per-donor fingermark concentrations, and raw instrument exports are not publicly shared because they may contain potentially identifying forensic and participant-associated information. These restricted records are archived by the corresponding author and may be considered on reasonable request, subject to institutional and ethics-committee approval.
