Description

Hypothesis of the study: The LEMOCOT test may or may not be reliable and adaptable to examine the coordination in subjects. Two bilingual independent translators and two blinded physiotherapists performed forward and backward translations in accordance with international criteria. Following these procedures, an aught of the pre-final Hindi version of BBS was created, and the validated version of H-BBS through ten expert phases of content validation via the Google form approach. After recruiting 30 patients, the adaptability of the validated version was further examined. Thirty patients took part in the study, which aimed to examine the H-BBS' psychometric properties (Intra-evaluator reliability). The total content validation index of the H-LEMOCOT was 0.967, which was excellent. The intra-evaluator dependability of each domain and the computed score connected to the H-LEMOCOT as ICC values is 0.967, showing excellent reliability. All of the internal consistency was tested using Cronbach's alpha, which was 0.967, showing high internal consistency. At the end it was concluded that H- LEMOCOT demonstrated excellent reliability and validity when used to treat a variety of neurological illnesses
