1) Here, the data set present catalyst and biodiesel analysis result under different operating conditions. 2) Catalyst characterization such as XRD (PANalytical X’Pert Pro diffractometer), FTIR (3000 Hyperion FTIR spectrometer (Bruker, Germany)), TGA (model no. STA 409 Netzsch Geratebau GMBH, Germany), NH3-TPD (thermal conductivity detector (TCD)-equipped ChemiSorb 2720 analyzer), SEM-EDS (JEOL JSM-7600F instrument and FEI Quanta 200 F instrument), BET (Micromeritics ASAP 2010, USA), TEM (JEOL JEM2100 microscope) and XPS (ESCALAB Xi+ system, USA) were studied. 3) For biodiesel characterization NMR(JEOL ECZR series instrument) and GC-MS (Agilent 7890 instrument) analysis data are given.
