This is a publicly available dataset providing comprehensive biomechanical data on human gait. Collected from 45 healthy individuals, divided in young and older adults, the dataset includes 3D marker trajectories, joint angles (hip, knee, ankle), and ground reaction forces measured across six walking speeds (0.6–1.6 m/s) using a motion-capture system and force plates. It serves as a valuable resource for clinical gait assessment, biomechanical modeling, and research on age-related gait changes.
