ICP Raw Data contains the publicly available data from the World Bank’s International Comparison Program, including the 2005, 2011, 2017, and 2021 reference-year releases. They are available through the World Bank ICP DataBank and ICP program website: https://www.worldbank.org/en/programs/icp. No new primary data were generated. S1 Code contains the Python scripts for data harmonization, panel construction, estimation, bootstrap procedures, and figure generation.
