Description

This contains the LC-MS/MS data obtained for the steroid quantification in archaeological bone using a QTrap 6500+ Sciex instrument. It contains the raw files (.wiff/.wiff.scan) and the processed results files from OS Sciex (.qsession), where the concentration of ng/mL was quantified using calibration line and added internal standards. In the associated publication we report the concentration (in pg/g bone) for testosterone and progesterone in femur and rib samples. Two main datasets were used and are associated with the Figures and Tables herein included. More information is given in the .txt files which accompany each folder.
