This dataset is related to research on the adoption of ChatGPT in programming lectures, the research variables are adopted from the extended TAM framework, including Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), AI Literacy, Self-Efficacy and Behavioral Intention as dependent variables.

Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using G-Form to respondents in programming classes to ensure that respondents were on target.
