The following contains the supplemental file for the manuscript "Increased Serum Vitamin D and Decreased Serum Cholesterol Are Associated with Development of Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Actinic Keratosis Patients: A Retrospective Machine-Learning Analysis of the All of Us Database". It contains the full machine-learning (Random Forest and Shapley Plot) methodology employed, supplemental table S1 (demographical data on all patients), supplemental figure S1 (mean AUC/ROC curve for Random Forest model), and figure S2 (Gini-impurity values of features in the Random Forest classifier)
