Datasets for "Mineralogical, Elemental, and Spatial Variability of Volcaniclastics in Fluvio-Coastal-Aeolian Sedimentary Systems and Their Insights for Mineral Sorting on Mars". Contents: (1) Raw X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) spectra (2) XRD quantified mineralogical abundance (in wt%) (3) X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) quantified elemental abundance in bulk composition (in wt% and molar) Datasets are used to quantify and assess both mineralogical and elemental sorting of Merapi volcaniclastics from source to sink (Indonesia) and to see its extent of analogous property with volcaniclastics found on Mars.
