Diagnosis of CRSwNP was established based on patient history, clinical symptoms, nasal endoscopy and CT imaging, in accordance with the 2020 EPOS guidelines. Sinonasal HRQoL was assessed using the SNOT-20 GAV, a validated questionnaire with a maximum score of 100. Polyp size was scored endoscopically to determine the Nasal Polyp Score (NPS) following the classification of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI).
