Prioritized representation of different visual features in macaque V2

Description

This data set contains code and example data that can be used to reproduce the figures in the essay. Due to the large size of the raw data, we present fluorescence data from one site as an example. Please contact haidong@fudan.edu.cn to obtain a copy of the full original dataset.

Steps to reproduce

Data were analyzed in Matlab R2020a (MathWorks). Z_all.m in V2_2P_Analysis_Scripts contains the entire pipeline from cell identification to figure generation.
