This data presents a comprehensive dataset of 26 sampling events from three distinct wastewater treatment plants in the United States, containing simultaneous measurements of human enteric viruses, viral surrogate indicators, and relevant water quality parameters. During each sampling event, paired influent and effluent samples were collected and analyzed for four key enteric viruses (adenovirus, enterovirus, norovirus genogroup I, norovirus genogroup II) alongside five surrogate indicators (somatic coliphage, F-specific coliphage, pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV), tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV), and CrAssphage.
