Gao BiaoDescription
Research analyzing the differentially expressed genes in PCOS. Screening of raw relevant gene data in the GEO database was conducted, and the GEO2R tool was utilized to identify differentially expressed genes, resulting in two sets of co-DEGs (108 and 102 genes respectively). Based on these data, enrichment and pathway analyses, PPI and HUB gene analysis were performed, with the assistance of the Gencards database for interpretation. These data represent the raw datasets for my research, derived from five sets of relevant gene raw data from four different studies in the GEO database, analyzed using the GEO2R tool.
