Description

This dataset contains processed bulk RNA-sequencing data and analysis scripts supporting the study “HNRNPH1 downregulation marks early transcriptomic disturbance and disrupts macrophage LPS responsiveness in sepsis.” RAW264.7 mouse macrophages were transfected with negative-control siRNA or siHnrnph1 and cultured with or without lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation. Three biological replicates were analyzed for each condition: negative-control siRNA without LPS (N), siHnrnph1 without LPS (S), negative-control siRNA with LPS (N.L), and siHnrnph1 with LPS (S.L). The archive includes a gene-level expression matrix containing FPKM values and raw gene counts, sample metadata, differential-expression result tables for the indicated comparisons, and R scripts for differential-expression, NF-κB pathway, and volcano-plot analyses. Raw sequencing-read files are not included in this deposit.
