modified Ashworth scale:the patient assumes a supine position with the shoulder in neutral alignment and the elbow flexed and relaxed to prevent compensatory muscle contraction. The examiner stabilizes the inferior angle of the scapula and clavicle with one hand while grasping the proximal humerus with the other hand. The shoulder joint is then passively moved through a 0-90° arc of abduction-adduction at a consistent speed (approximately 1 second). Resistance is graded according to these characteristics、visual analogue scale:、Fugl-Meyer assessment:This scale is designed based on the Brunnstrom theoretical framework. It quantitatively evaluates upper limb motor function by observing the patient's ability to perform 33 specific actions, including reflexes, synergistic movements (e.g., shoulder abduction, elbow flexion/extension), and dissociated movements (e.g., wrist motor control, finger grasping). Each item is scored on a 0-2 point scale (0: unable to perform; 1: partially performed; 2: fully performed), with a maximum total score of 66、modified Barthel index:This assessment centers on the patient's activities of daily living (ADLs), encompassing 11 core functional activities including transfers, ambulation, feeding, dressing, and stair ascending/descending. With a maximum total score of 100 points, higher scores indicate greater self-care capacity.
