Supporting Data and Scripts for the Delphi Consensus on Hospital Nutritional Care in Guatemala (nutritionDay 2022)
Description
This dataset contains the supplementary materials developed and analyzed during the Delphi consensus process for establishing recommendations on hospital nutritional care in Guatemala, based on the nutritionDay 2022 initiative. The repository includes: R scripts used for data processing, consensus analysis, and visualization: Delphi_Round1_Exploratory_Analysis.R: initial descriptive analyses of Round 1, including frequencies and open-ended responses. Delphi_Round2_Structured_Items.R: analysis of 53 structured items using PICO and GRADE methodological frameworks. Delphi_Round3_Refinement_Validation.R: evaluation of unresolved items from Round 2 and inclusion of new items proposed by the panel. Delphi_KendallsW_Stability_Analysis.R: computation of Kendall’s W coefficient to assess stability of consensus between rounds. Supplementary outputs: tables generated during the analyses, aligned with the published manuscript. Steps to reproduce
Scripts are written in R (version 4.5.0). Users should install the following R packages: tidyverse, janitor, irr, writexl. Scripts are organized by round to mirror the methodological flow of the study.
