These supplementary materials give the original data for the publication of bubbles formation in the subsurface region of soda-lime glass induced by single pulse fs laser. People can find the original measurements by AFM, WLIM, SEM, as well as the OM measurements. Moreover, the authors provide more data about the different surface morphologies with increasing single laser pulse energy.
