Description

Absorbances for Total Phenolic Compounds (TPC, 760 nm) and for the reaction with DPPH (515 nm) and ABTS (734 nm) reagents. B stands for blank, E for crude extract, A for alginate encapsuled extract and W for whey protein encapsuled extract. Numbers 1 to 8 represent initial sample, mouth, stomach, duodenum, ileum, ascendant, transverse and descendant colon.
