Supplementary data for "From Model Transfer to Conditional Applicability: A Composite Framework for Digital Development in Tanzania"

Description

Supplementary data and analysis code for "From Model Transfer to Conditional Applicability: A Composite Framework for Digital Development in Tanzania" (under review). Contains the raw indicator values, the component requirement matrix with present-day and temporally-calibrated thresholds, ITU ICT Price Basket values used in the sensitivity check, and the analysis script that reproduces Tables 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12 from the raw data. Run python3 compute_scores.py from the deposit folder to verify every published figure (Python 3.9+, standard library only; see README.txt for details). Underlying observations are drawn from public international statistics (World Bank, United Nations, ITU, IMF).

Steps to reproduce

1. Download all files into one folder. 2. Run python3 compute_scores.py (Python 3.9 or later, standard library only). 3. The script prints Tables 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12 and the two Section 7.1 sensitivity checks, marking each line OK or FAIL. 4. Expected result: every line OK, ending with "ALL CHECKS PASSED" — the script's output reproduces the article's published figures without further input.
