Description

Raw LC-MS data (raw.d files) generated on an Agilent 6470 Triple Quadrupole LC-MS instrument to provide evidence for BRP peptide detection in females and males Pc1WT and Pc1N222D/N222D mouse brains. Data show detection of 538.6>538 parent ion (+3 charge) and 538.6>178.1 (y1+) daughter ion in mouse brains. The peaks co-elute with the synthesized standard (amidated mouse BRP) at 16 minutes.
