Significant differences in VitD serum concentration, NORT, T-maze, hippocampus immunohistochemistry, and hippocampus PCR data were evaluated using the two-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post hoc test and the results were expressed as mean ± standard error of the mean. To evaluate significant differences in reflex ontogeny data, the Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Dunn’s post hoc test was used and the results were expressed as median (minimum and maximum). The significance level adopted was 5% (p < 0.05). GraphPad Prism software (version 8.4.3) was used for data analysis.
