Description

The files in this dataset provide the data to report the rock magnetism results of the paper: "MAGNETIC MINERAL CHARACTERISTICS IN LACUSTRINE SEDIMENTS FROM A CLIMOSEQUENCE IN THE TRANSMEXICAN VOLCANIC FIELD, CENTRAL MEXICO". The "Magnetic mineral data" folder contains the rock magnetic experiments at "Lake_data.xlsx" file that include in the first page rock magentism of soils parameters and in the second page the lacustrine sediments paramaters of: the susceptibility at low (Klf) and high files (Khf) with density normalization (χ), the natural remanence mangetization (NRM), de anhisteretic remanence magnetization (ARM), the saturation of isothermal remanence magnetization (SIRM) and the isothermal remenanene magnetization at 100 and 300 DC; and hysteresis and backfield parameters (Ms,Mr, Hc,Hcr). Also contains the Curie Temperature determinations values of all samples calculated by Hernández-Cardona et al. (2019) and themagnetic mineralogical identifiaction in the file "Curie_Temp.xlsx". The folder "Susceptibility vs temperature data" contains a resume of low and high temperature-dependence susceptibility curves in the file "Figure_Supp-kT.pdf". The folder "k-TCurves files" contains all data from this curves.
