Supplementary Files of the paper "Machine Learning Prediction of Side effects for Drugs in Clinical Trials " by Diego Galeano and Alberto Paccanaro. Supplementary Dataset 1. Contains the drug side effect associations used in our study. Supplementary Dataset 2. It contains the drug similarity values used by GSEM to build the drug networks. Supplementary Dataset 3. Contains the side effect similarity values used by GSEM to build the side effect network. Supplementary Dataset 4. Contains the predicted scores of GSEM for every drug side effect pair. Supplementary Dataset 5. Contains the learned H by GSEM using all the available data. Supplementary Dataset 6. Contains the learned W by GSEM using all the available data.
