Source Data for PV Specification Sheet Parameter Sensitivity Analysis
Description
This dataset contains the source photovoltaic module specification sheet records used to support the parameter sensitivity analysis. Records include reported and cell-normalized electrical and manufacturer-reported thermal module parameters, cell architecture classifications, and revision-specific specification sheet entries used to derive the study inputs. The dataset is provided as source data only and does not include fitted parameter distributions, Monte Carlo simulation outputs, regression results, or derived sensitivity metrics. Manufacturer names and model numbers are not provided, but unique ID values tie back to an identifiable entry; contact the corresponding author if additional information is required.

Steps to reproduce
Data was ingested from thousands of individual photovoltaic specification sheets available on the internet and posted by manufacturers or distributors. Individual entries represent a specific manufacturer, module model, and publication date. Manufacturers update specification sheet values periodically which may result multiple entries for the same manufacturer and module model, but at different points in time (publication dates). In addition to manufacturer-reported values and a calculated fill factor value, cell-level electrical quantities were normalized to account for differences in module layout and cell size; these are provided as 1) cell open circuit voltage (V/cell), and 2) cell current density (mA/cm^2). See the two .md files and the original referencing article for further detail. Data is provided in the attached comma-separated value (CSV) file.
