Description

This dataset includes Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopic data used to characterize ZnO nanoparticles synthesized using Azospirillum sp. The analysis was conducted using a MIRacle10 (ZnSe) ATR accessory, and the data were recorded in the range 4000 to 400 cm⁻¹. The spectrum provides insight into the functional groups involved in nanoparticle synthesis and surface stabilization, potentially originating from biomolecules produced by Azospirillum sp. File Details: X-axis (XUNITS): Wavenumber (cm⁻¹) Y-axis (YUNITS): Percent Transmittance (%T) The data helps to confirm the biosynthesis and stabilization of ZnO nanoparticles by Azospirillum and identify the key functional groups involved in nanoparticle capping or reduction processes. This supports the biosynthesis mechanism and confirms the biological origin of capping/stabilizing agents.
