After adjusting for anticoagulant therapy, gestational age, and other confounding factors, appropriate total GWG was an independent protective factor against FGR. At the same time, insufficient weight gain in the first and third trimesters was an independent risk factor for FGR in OAPS patients. The safe total and trimester-specific GWG ranges for the OAPS population were determined. Among 209 enrolled OAPS patients, the overall FGR incidence was 14.8%, and the total GWG, first-trimester, and third-trimester weight gain in the FGR group were significantly lower than those in the non-FGR group (all P < 0.05).
