This repository has simulation data for 2D Nematic Multi Particle Collision Dynamics ( N-MPCD ) in a VTK format with different interaction energy U = [4,6,8,10 ] confined in a square with sizes L = [96,128] using the Maier-Saupe mean field theory. This dataset is used for training and testing a Convolutional Neural Network aimed at detecting and classifying topological defects with charges +1/2 and -1/2
